Terms and conditions

Display your Terms and conditions on this page. You can add text, images, bullet points, links and tables to the page.

  1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The minimum age for live-fire training on the range is 12 years old. Minors (ages 12-17) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during training. Certain courses may have additional age or experience requirements, which will be outlined in the course description.

  1. Registration & Payment

All training courses must be paid in full at the time of registration. No refunds will be issued for training courses under any circumstances. Payment confirms your reservation, and you are responsible for ensuring you meet all course prerequisites before signing up.

  1. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you may reschedule through your user account on the training site. Buckeye Shooting Center reserves the right to assist in rescheduling if technical issues or other circumstances prevent you from making changes. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior rescheduling will result in forfeiture of payment.

  1. Safety & Range Rules

All participants must adhere to Buckeye Shooting Center’s firearm safety rules and range policies at all times. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in immediate removal from training without a refund. Firearms should be unloaded and secured upon arrival unless otherwise directed by an instructor. Anyone appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be prohibited from participating.

  1. Cancellations & Course Modifications

Buckeye Shooting Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, instructor availability). In the event of a cancellation by Buckeye Shooting Center, students will be offered the option to reschedule or receive course credit toward another training session.

  1. Liability Waiver

By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, hearing damage, and accidental discharge. You agree to release Buckeye Shooting Center, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during training. You further acknowledge that failure to follow safety protocols may result in injury or removal from training without compensation.

  1. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from training without a refund. Harassment of instructors, staff, or other students will not be tolerated and may lead to permanent exclusion from future training.

  1. Equipment & Firearms Policy

Students are responsible for bringing the required firearms, ammunition, and gear as specified in the course description. If a student’s firearm is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for training, instructors may require the student to use a rental firearm. Holsters must be range-safe and appropriate for training. SERPA-style holsters and soft fabric holsters are prohibited in most courses.

  1. Medical Conditions & Special Accommodations

If you have any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs, please inform us before your training session so we can make appropriate accommodations. Buckeye Shooting Center reserves the right to deny participation if a medical condition poses a safety risk to the student or others.
