This course is designed to prepare you to take immediate, effective action in the event of a medical emergency. Whether you're responding to a range incident, a vehicle accident, or a medical crisis at home, this training equips you with the knowledge and hands-on skills to manage life-threatening situations until professional help arrives.

Students will receive comprehensive instruction in emergency first aid, CPR, and AED usage, with a strong focus on trauma care, airway management, bleeding control, and patient assessment. You’ll practice real-world scenarios, gain confidence in your ability to respond under pressure, and walk away certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) for both CPR and AED.

This course is ideal for firearm owners, parents, teachers, security professionals, and anyone who wants to be a more prepared and capable first responder in everyday life.

12-Years Old.

Class Goals

  • Learn how to recognize and respond to medical emergencies with confidence

  • Understand how to assess a patient’s condition and prioritize care

  • Gain proficiency in CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants

  • Learn how to operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively

  • Identify and treat life-threatening bleeding using direct pressure, tourniquets, and wound packing

  • Understand basic airway management and how to assist choking victims

  • Develop a structured response plan for emergencies until EMS arrives

  • Leave the course with an American Heart Association (AHA) certification in CPR and AED
