Defensive AR
This advanced, range-focused class covers shooting on the move, cover and concealment, rapid target transitions, reload efficiency, and malfunction clearing under stress.
Description
The Defensive AR-15 course is built for those who already understand the basics of the AR platform and are ready to take the next step toward real-world application. This class focuses on defensive tactics, movement, and decision-making with a rifle in close- to mid-range scenarios—whether for home defense or personal protection.
Students will learn how to use the AR-15 as a defensive tool, working through dynamic drills that incorporate movement, use of cover, threat assessment, and positional shooting. Live-fire scenarios are designed to reinforce critical thinking under stress while improving weapon handling and target engagement.
This is not a beginner course—students should already be proficient with basic AR-15 operation and firearm safety. Ideal for responsible citizens, home defenders, and anyone serious about defensive rifle training.
